Project Scope
Prolume has recently completed an LED lighting upgrade throughout all of the building common areas. These areas included:
– Carparking
– Carpark entrance ways & Loading Dock
– Firestairs
– Lift lobbies
– Foyers and common areas
– Bathrooms
Carpark, loading dock and carpark entrance ways included the replacement of existing T5 fittings and metal haloid lighting to Prolume’s energy efficient LED lighting solutions. This included 22w LED batten light fittings to replace the existing twin 28w T5 battens, and 120w entrance lowbay fittings to replace the existing 275w metal halide entrance lowbay fittings.
Annual Saving: $24,918
Original twin emergency T5 firestair lights replaced with Prolume’s LED emergency firestair light with motion sensor. By using the motion sensors in each individual fittings, this allows for greater energy savings as the fittings will remain in a 6w standby mode until activated.
Annual Saving: $13,493
Throughout the common area foyers and bathrooms, original downlights ranging from 25-80w were replaced with Prolume’s equivalent LED downlight at 11w. Not only energy savings but a better output of light throughout these areas.
Annual Saving: $31,173
